Classic Buttercream: Our classic buttercream is sweet and full of flavor. A favorite of kids and lovers of sweets. When not specified in your order, this is usually the icing you will receive on our classic cake or cupcakes.

Silk Buttercream: Our silk buttercream is very creamy and less sweet than our classic buttercream. Perfect for those who prefer less sweet tasting icings/frostings and want to taste more of the cake and fillings.

Whipped Mousse: Our whipped mousse is very light and airy thus decorating choices on this icing is limited.
