Order Info

My schedule books ahead all throughout the year.  To get on my schedule, I recommend that you do so weeks or even months ahead of time. 

Short notice orders may be possible at times, so it doesn't hurt to inquire! 

All custom orders must be placed  in advance, and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.  Without this deposit, your order is not guaranteed and will likely not be made.  The remaining balance must be paid in full at pick-up or delivery.  In some situations or large orders you may be required to pay for your order in full 7 days before the due date.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations sent to us in writing via email 7 days or more prior to due date:  Within 14 days we will refund all monies paid minus $100 which is kept by us.

Order cancellations sent to us in writing via email 3-6 days prior to delivery or pick-up will forfeit the complete deposit paid however we will refund you within 14 business days anything more you may have paid for your order.

Cancellations the day of the event and up to 48 hours of the event date: You forfeit all monies paid. Your cake may still be available for delivery or pick-up at a later time up to 24 hours after the due date and you would still need to pay the full remaining balance to collect.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
